PTI Make it Monday (MIM)

 I wanted to give this weeks PTI MIM #24 challenge, dry brushing, a try.  I also die cut some more PTI flowers using burlap.  In my post yesterday, I talked about the burlap fraying.  Well the mod podge did the trick.  Here is my MIM project and a close up of the flowers:






Yes, another of my beloved note pads. I was going for the weathered wood look.  I actually like the way it came out   It kind of reminds me of denim. 










All PTI goods except the brads.

This is truly a beautiful rustic look. The burlap flowers are cute. I like how you layered the two different dies of beautiful blooms.

Beautiful! I love the rustic feel of it, with the woodgrain texture and the dry brushing, and the denim look is fantastic. LOVE those flowers, with the burlap - it's the perfect touch, especially with those buttons. ;-)
