Oh my, it has been a while..

I haven't even had a chance to sit at my crafty desk for a couple of weeks.  I have missed it so much.  I felt I had to create something today or I would go nuts.  I was looking around at some sketch challenges and came across the CAS-ual Fridays challenge.  I don't think I have done this one before.  I really liked the sketch, decided to give it a try.

As I was working on the card I kind of forgot about the CAS part.
It's not too cluttered so I thought I would go for it anyway.

I have been wanting to make a masculine card using my PTI Road Trip set.
This is what I came up with.

I found this scrap of map paper in my stash.
It started out very white, like this
I knew that wouldn't work so I beat the #@%& out of it.
Here is a close up of the little details.
I am pretty happy with the way it came out.
I thought I would save it for my son's high school graduation next year.

Thanks for visiting.
See you soon,
Ang

Love that your piece of paper got the crinkled look, who can fold a map back right anyway?
