New Card Concept Challenge

Hey there,

Found a brand new (not just to me) challenge, The Card Concept Challenge.
One of the requirements is that we choose one of the
design categories they use.
For their first challenge they have provided this photo along with the colors:
I absoultely love that photo.  I don't have any stamps that I think could do it justice so I decided to go in another direction.  I tried to capture the verticality of it and, of course, use the colors supplied:
It really is a pretty simple card for me and I would have to say it falls under the Clean and Graphic category.  I always have a tough time defining the style of my cards and scrapbooking.  I think my style is best called eclectic.  If you look around on my blog you will see that I am all over the place.  My style depends mostly on my mood when I am creating.  My thought process, in general, is pretty much all over the place so it probably makes sense.  I think most people would call me scatter brained!  Luckily, I am finally old enough and mature enough to embrace that part of myself.
I used an SU stamp and punch set.
I popped up and edged, very slightly a couple of the hexagons just to add a little depth.
Thanks for stopping by,
Ang

I love your take on the challenge, especially the difference in height of the hexagons, adds a whole new element to the card. Cx
