Challenge by Mary Ann

Hi Everyone,
One of the lovely people, Mary Ann, over at the PTI Message Boards posted her own challenge on her blog based on an adorable dress of her daughters.  I saw it and thought it looked like fun.

Except for the ribbon, this is 100% PTI.  Raspberry Fizz, Polka dots, dies and stamps.  The stem is form an oldie but goodie, Rustic Branches.
